Post Sales Service

ATI offers Post-Purchase Maintenance Services to guarantee optimal system performance, supported by a Remote Monitoring System for diagnostics and reporting. Maintenance is exclusively handled by ATI’s technical team or authorized contractors, who must have continuous access to the system. Any unauthorized access or maintenance conducted without ATI’s written consent will void the warranty.

3-Layer Customer Support System

Our customer service is structured into a 3-layer support system to ensure prompt and effective resolution of any issues:

1. Local Assistance

Alec (alec@ati-watt.com), our local assistant, will provide immediate support when an issue arises, ensuring a quick response to resolve any basic concerns.

2. Technical Support

If the issue cannot be resolved at the inquiry level and requires technical assistance, Ryan (ryan@ati-watt.com) and Johnny (johnnyx@ati-watt.com), based in Calgary, will provide the necessary technical support to address the problem.

3. Advanced Product Support

If the issue is related to a product-specific technical problem that requires further expertise, Eric (eric@ati-watt.com) will liaise with manufacturers to resolve the issue effectively.
